Lead a team of advanced digital advertising specialist. The main accountability of this role will be to develop and execute the strategic direction of media campaigns for Heroleads clients, primarily SEM, Display and Social, and develop and monitor performance of these channels to deliver on performance targets and maximize ROI for our clients. A keen interest and experience in media buying using data, insights and analytics to increase site conversion and enrollment acquisition is of high importance in this role.
Paid Channel Management
Execute the strategic direction of media channels in conjunction with key stakeholders to create the optimum channel mix to drive leads and/or achieve other campaign objectives;
Manage the strategy and execution of Google AdWords Search, Display, Video and Social (Facebook, Instagram and Line) along with budget allocation and post campaign analysis;
Monitor and report performance on paid media channels, and closed-loop feedback to optimize toward performance KPIs;
Maintain key relationships with existing advertising technology partners and work together to deliver key business goals. Also forge new relationships in collaboration with the Business Development or Client Experience Director with relevant 3rd parties as needed.
Stay abreast of new developments in Programmatic/Social/Video and overall digital media opportunities us to use new and emerging technology and tactics.
Approach all aspects of the business with a data-centric attitude and base decisions on insight and analytics.
Execute digital strategy in conjunction with insights to constantly optimise toward performance.
Rely on the use of site analytics platforms (GA) and clients CRM to develop insights and understand prospect browsing behaviour;
Understand existing audience data and develop segmentation and profiling of prospects to improve media targeting.
Understand industry attribution models using GA and 3rd party ad serving tools like DCM.
Manage Relationships & Consult internal Stakeholder
Effectively communicate planned and executed digital strategies/tactics to the Account Management team
Support the Creative Production unit to improve the quality of UI & UX
Work with the Marketing Team to shape the on-going SEM, Digital Video, Paid Social and Display strategy
Thai nationality, or expats who can able to communicate in Thai fluently
A minimum of 3-4 years’ experience within the online space
In-depth understanding of the paid acquisition ecosystem - Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, ad exchanges, 3rd Party Ad Serving
Strong analytical and Excel skills along with a demonstrated aptitude for campaigns reporting and insights
Working knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM and Google Data Studio
Be an effective communicator in Thai and English
Experience in leadership of multidisciplinary teams
Experience running SEM, Digital Video, Paid Social and/or Display activity with a significant budget and ROI targets
Working knowledge with DMPs is a plus
