Self-Managed. You will be working on implementing software applications to the customer’suser environments and testing software application enhancements. You will use our successful project methodology and follow through project tasks from start to completion.These tasks are meetings with the customer, data preparation, systems configuration, systems testing, user training, and coordination for project go-live.
Listening, Understanding, and Communicating Requirements. You will organize calling or meeting with users to collect/clarify customer requirements, processes, and needs. If customer needs software customization, you will write requirement and testing specification for the development team.
Analytical. You can analyze user’s goals, priorities, challenges, problem requirements, and limitations and use your knowledge of Signify Products to propose the solution that is workable for the customer.
Dynamic, Responsible, Emotionally Intelligent. You should like working with people and be able to manage expectation and frustration. Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, IT, Business Computer, Accounting Information Service.
Experiences: 1-3 Years. Prior experience in sales and marketing will be very helpful.
Can prepare minute of meetings and specification documents in English.
Can check data using SQL, Excel vlookup and Pivot Table.
Will be helpful to know sales process, salesforce.
